The lead volume can vary depending on a great many different factors. There are two sides to the equation. Firstly there’s the property – how popular the location is, how many people can afford the price, the quality of the pictures and other elements of the listing. Then there’s the marketing side – how much competition there is from other listings and advertising, plus how hard you work to promote your property and find a buyer.
